Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (e.g., agar)

• Custom or special-order items

• Used disposable products (e.g., nitrile gloves)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
