Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

Certain powered equipment sold by Longreen Lab may not be certified by CSA or other Canadian-recognized electrical certification bodies unless explicitly stated.
These products are intended for research, laboratory, or controlled-use environments and may not be approved for installation or use in regulated workplaces, commercial facilities, or residential settings.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, workplace safety regulations, and institutional requirements prior to installation or use.
Longreen Lab makes no representation that such equipment meets Canadian electrical approval standards and assumes no liability for damages, injuries, regulatory non-compliance, or losses arising from its installation or use.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree that purchases are not made for unlawful resale or export in violation of applicable laws.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment.

Our store is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Longreen Lab.

Exceptions for Contracted Equipment
Notwithstanding the above, certain high-value equipment supplied through formal procurement processes, quotations, or open tendering may be subject to specific warranty terms.
In such cases, warranty coverage, service terms, and conditions will be explicitly defined in a separate written agreement, quotation, or contract, which shall take precedence over these Terms of Service.
Unless expressly stated in such formal documentation, no warranty or service obligation is provided.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longreen Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
